'Tis the season... For chicken!

Today, I made fried chicken from scratch (with my own recipe)! I have been having a serious craving for drumstick goodness, so today I went out and bought some with the intention of satisfying my craving.


Here's the recipe (like I said, I made it up, so bear with me):
-3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
-1 tablespoon of lemon pepper
-1 teaspoon of chili powder
-1/2 can of pimentos
Combine butter, lemon pepper, chili, and basil in a frying pan and set on medium heat until all ingredients are melted and combined. Add drumsticks, then add pimentos (making sure to spread them around the frying pan evenly). Cook for approximately 45 minutes, turning the drumsticks every few minutes to ensure browning on all sides.



Then, let them cool and ENJOY!
