One week of working out and dieting, and I can already see results.

I may be tooting my own horn, but I think this is a testament to how badly I want to shed this extra weight. I'm one week into a new, fairly rigorous, exercise routine (at a private gym) which means that I work out for an hour every day and I've cut my caloric intake by almost half.

And I'm pleased to say that I'm already seeing results... 

(Please disregard the disgustingly dirty sports bra and weirdo clenched fists, I was trying to flex my nonexistent muscles.)
